Your body joins the next crisis by activating the immune system. White blood cells released by the immune system and cholesterol are then cell foam. Vitamin E acts as a "de-foaming agent" to prevent this from happening. Good food sources of vitamin E are: olive oil, canola oil, wheat germ, peanuts, sweet potatoes, and sunflower seeds. There are also many other antioxidants that have large properties. Some of the most effective and powerful are indeed CLA and green tea!
