Can you bake a cake in a glass dish?
The recipe I have is a 8-1/2 "x 11" cake and do not have this cake pan size, will it work well with a Pyrex dish?
Of course, fat is still good because the cakes baked in glass tend to stick. I cakes brownies in my glass and ceramic cook all the time.
